In that ep where the girls accidentally travel to the future, well Bubbles get separated from the other two and ends up further in the future than them, and in this future Blossom and Buttercup are dead and Him takes advantage of Bubbles in this fragile state and manipulates her mind to make her evil.
Then she starts beatin’ puppies and other evil shit and Him comes to her with a partnership offer and at first she says no but he’s fuckin Him you don’t say no to the devil okay so then they join forces!
